Looks good! Now go unstrap the passenger side and swing it open so its even.
If you don't want to do that and you have some canned air for electrical parts laying around, you can turn the can upside down and spray it on the dent. It'll freeze the metal and pull it back out some. Wait a few minutes and do it again. I got most of mine out by doing this.

You may want to heat the area and around it with a blowdryer first, I did mine when the jeep had been sitting in 100 degree sun all day. Just remember turn the can upside down, thats where the cold stuff is.

So I just got around to replacing the strap, which means I had to pull the entire door apart to get to the wire harness. What a PITA! Getting to where the harness connects to the door striker assembly was an absolute nightmare. I reeeaally hope I never have to do that again.
