Right now i just have a RE 3.5" lift and 35s. So the 60s are kinda overkill right now. But will be going to 37s this summer when i put in 1" of body lift and an atlas 4sp transfer case.....

I don't think the 60s are overkill for ANY JK. I mean.....you're kinda stuck if you break an axle. I ran Dana 60s in most every drag car I built and broke plenty of driveshafts, but never an axle part.

Dana 60's, Atlas 4spd t/c... you could become an easy person to dislike (or at least be veeerry jealous of.) Can't wait to see the picts!
What gears and lockers did you decide to go with?

I went with the 5.13s and the ARB. The 5.13s make a huge difference coming off the 4.10s, especially on the freeway. The ESP/BAS/ABS lights come on now after the first 30 seconds of driving. During this time the jeep accelerates only in short pulses. Once the warning lights come on, however, it drives normally. Overall, the jeep rides and handles better. It deflects less off of bumps in the roadway, and the steering seems to be more precise. It also looks like it has a LOT more ground clearance. You can barely see the pumpkin past the new HD tie rod. It was snowing today, so no pictures, but the forecast calls for sun tomorrow....
