im not sure if it would work but Gflex Epoxy is some great stuff it sticks to anything i used it to hold together metal,Plastic, fiberglass, wood, basically anything you throw at it will stick together. you can use it on fiberglass also!!! worth a shot for fixing it what you can do is put it in the cracks to hold it together then sand it down and paint it and should look like new. just my two cents on the repair. I just PM'd you with the link to the Gflex epoxy site you can order it.

man sorry to see that.
I tried to lift mine off solo too, stopped when I did not feel comfortable.
Is this def. a two man job??? I have yet to reattempt in 6 months of ownership
