Drop down tail gate with use of spare!

Drop down tail gate with use of spare!
I was wondering if anyone has done a drop down tail gate and had the spare still on the back? What kind of bumper did you use?

I kinda figured that it wouldn't be able to be done with the spare still attached. I'm more curious to know what kind of bumper would allow the tailgate to swing down yet have the spare swing out!
