Someone else on here uses them and rethreaded them to use the stock hex nuts, I just used the tapered nut that came with the mirrors. Work fine for me, no real shaking up, but I stay under 55 doorless.
Where did you find these for $4.99?

Here's on of me and the nephews heading to the fishing hole. My youngest nephew loves when I take the doors off and always wants to ride shotgun.

Yes fanatic it is the first time but once you do, it is great and you will want to take them off every chance you get weather permetting. Just be carefull when pulling them off and on not to chip the paint but if you do you can always pickup some touch up paint from the local auto parts store.

The hubby has always told me how much he enjoyed going door n topless in his YJ. When I finally got my JK, I had a bit of skepticism... took half an hour to figure out how to put the top down, and probably a week or two and a trip to the dealer to help out to get the doors off. NOW I can't wait to take everything off! The freedom and strange looks are fantastic! TAKE EM OFF! I can almost promise ya won't regret it!

Canadian tire on walker has them, they're in the bicycle section, they had 4 or 5 left last week.
