to be honest im not sure if its legal but alot of people go back all the time during the weekend with quads and dirt bikes etc. cops dont rlly seem to mind, and to access it you have to go into essington and get on 2nd street going northeast, follow it for about 5 minutes until you hit hog island/fort mifflin road and follow that for 10 minutes GPS coords: 39.883775, -75.215417

I've been down there, but never saw that hill you climbed ? Must be another spot down there I go to. I pass fort mifflin but before I pass the control tower on the right I turn leftand then hard left. U keep goin towards ups ? I'm afraid to go back there ever since that jackass crashed the gate and drove on the runway !!
