Sorry to dig an old thread up...
Probably gonna undertake this project over the weekend. What size pipe are those docks and RAM mounts? (Maybe 1-inch?) Anyone have any tips for welding on conduit? I am pretty sure it is galvanized and IIRC welding on it isn't the most healthy thing you can do. Don't you have to grind the zinc coating back an inch or so from the weld position?
