Its is the type of weather molding that is used in door jams and is lined with metal so you just some pliers and clamp it down every 6 inches or so. We will see if it holds up but it looks like it will. I think it gives it a more factory look since its what you see on most cars around the doors. I'm thinking it will actually be good in the rain to because there is a small lip so all the water wont just fall straight off the back it will go down along the edges and fall to the side of the jeep and hopefully keep the back passengers more dry.
