Custom rear bumper and tire carrier??

I hope to build one.
Planning to use tire carrier parts from AtoZfabrication (look at the section called "DIY fabrication builder parts")
They have a heavy duty hinge that looks nice.
If you do a search you can find some more ideas.

HD Customs is making a cool rear and gate. The bumper has a rear warn winch (the winch sits under the jeep inside the bumper armor). The gate has a winch to lower the tire/wheel to the ground. The gate is a one hander.
I tried to copy in some pics but couldn't figure out how to do it. I'll post em when it is done.

what kind of materials are you guys using (thickness and amounts for bumper and tire carrier and what thickness square tubing do you reccommend for sliders) Also on a to z fabrication I see they have a bumper kit does this mounting work on the jk??

I used 3/16" thick flat steel for the main part of the bumper. I had this bent at a fab shop into a 6"X8"X2" piece. The ends are made from 2"X6"X1/4" steel tube that I split in half. So the ends are 1"X6". The main beam of the tire carrier is 2"X3"X3/16". The rest of the carrier is 2"X2"X3/16". I made my own mounts, so I don't know about AtoZ fabs mounts.
