Question Custom Humvee Beadlock Rims

PM EDIT: After much deliberation and cancelling my order for adapters I decided to go a different route and donated these 150 lb rims/tires (each) to a custom rock buggy at my buddies shop...thinking Poisons or AEV Pintlers are more the direction to head in down the road.

I'm considering a trail setup for wheels/tires but the more I look at them the more I think I'd maybe leave them on and get a full size spare built at the shop that built these. I had these rims/tires on my 06 Rubi and loved them, true beadlocks, they are free, just had them sitting around unused, never considered adapters for the bolt patterns.

They are Humvee rims customozied to 16.5" x 9.5" or 10" (one of the two), alum run-flats are cutdown and centers replaced with USA 6X6 (5 on 4.5) for TJs. I'd have to run Spidertrax JK 5 on 5” to 5 on 4.5” Wheel Adapters ($200 for 2 pairs) but that's all I'm out. The H1 tires on them now are 36-1/2" they suck for ride quality but are hellacious on the rocks, have used them on the 06 Rubi, hated doing around 70mph, was a rough ride, but I could always switch out to an Interco 16.5" tire of choice, Irok, SX, whatever, their are tons, even TSL radials.

What do ya'll think of these rims? Wish I had photoshop, I'd see what they looked like on the JK before buying adapters

in action with 9 lbs on this particular day

Thanks SONIC, great job, is that with Photoshop? I love them on there, much better looking than I thought. I'll be limited to Interco tires for these rims, but they make radials to fit it as well. Not sure who else makes 16.5" tires, google shall become my friend.

you looking to give away those 35s LOL
where do I find the "gimp" , I've been looking for some decent software. I found some Intero Irok Radials 36X13.50R16.5LT, for the smooth ride if I choose or 37x14.00-16.5LT in the Bias Ply which is fine with me too. Still searching more tire choices

Where you located CO? Oh man...what a drive that would be

nah, going to pass, had them on my 06 Rubi, the tires themselves suck, never see myself going back to biasplys to be honest. The tires are no more than the rest of what all of us run.
