I have had no issues with my exhaust exiting under the body in front of the axle. I actually prefer it because mine now resides above the level of the frame and is pretty well protected (smashed up two stock mufflers and a gibson unit).

Guess I need to flush tranny again and replace alternator.
Wish there was a drain plug like oil pan.

Today I charged the battery,
reflushed the cooling system,
power sprayed through the radiator coils,
and let it run for 45 minutes...longest since the accident.
No problems as long as the charger stayed on.
Won't know until Monday if they'll cover the alternator.
Also, the fan's not cutting on.

Oh...and here's what the console looks like since I bedlined the light grey.
should look great once it's all back together.

I'd just be nervous of the paint pealing. That plastic doesn't hold paint well.

Bedliner will stick better to a scuffed surface, plus it adheres to itself, so peeling is less likely than regular paint.

Ahhhh, I see, you bed lined the center console. I figured that you just painted it.

If prepped right bedliner will stcik to damn near anything, gotta love it. And as far as paint, look at Camp and his Lynx, all white paint, turned out great

I bedlined (Duplicolor) the console in my TJ. I even used a spray on adhesion promoter. The changes in temperature made it crack. I hope yours works out better. I'm going to have to take mine out and use a sanding wheel to knock the rest off.
