most battery testers wont put near the load on a battery that actually trying to start the vehicle will. i know our tester at work can tell me a battery has x-amount of cranking amps, but it still wont turn the car over. i'd throw a different battery in it and see what happens, dont always trust the tester. good luck man, cant wait to see what happens with it today. and for sticking with it!!

Ok. Jk Battery starts Lincoln town car just fine.
Lincoln battery still does nothing for the Jk.
Not even turning over now.

I really need to see how a transponder is put together, so I can make sure this one us right.
I only have phone Internet at home, and haven't found anything yet. I feel if I can assemble it correctly, it will run.

Yup. That's it.
The whole thing fell apart when I popped the column shroud off. I'm trying to find an xray style diagram.
Though the last sentence on there isn't encouraging.

So.
Since the dealer is closed today, and I have no helpers here that know more than me, I installed 1 3/4" procomp spring spacers in the rear.
I decided, however...rather than stack the new spacers on top (or beneath) the old ones, I'd just replace the stock rubbers with the new urethane ones. That way, it raises me closer to 1 3/8"' which is closer to what I needed to compensate for my heavy bumper...and I only have one spacer there instead of two.
I hated that my ass sat lower than my nose.
If either is gonna be higher, I'd rather it not be my front.

Thanks to Texas Trailmaker for coming over to visit and for trying to help with your code reader.
Also liked your rig.

Towed her to dealer.
It's out of my hands now.
We'll see if they charge me or not.
Not sure when they'll get to it.
