It's weird how stuff always breaks at the worst possible time, but your response to the carnage shows some real perseverence. I'm sure you and your kids will really appreciate all the effort you've put in to fixing your Jeep back up when it's all said and done and your back on the trail.
Good luck finishing getting her ready, and thanks for keeping us updated with the awesome story!

thanks brother, but I cant focus on singular projects.
Its the strange way that my brain works
even in school, if i tried to concentrate on the lesson, I learned very little....if I drew the whole time while visiting and creating while the professor taught, I retained all information and aced every exam.
I overthink everything if its all Im zoned in on.
Anyway, so I always have to be thinking about more than one thing.
Like right now, im typing this, looking for wire codes for the column, learning the difference between a Channel catfish and a Blue catfish, watching The Office, and texting my wife.

Well, the battery still tests fine, but acts like it's not pushing through enough power. I don't know what to do.
I can't talk to the dealer until Monday about my failed transponder.
I can't buy a battery.
If anybody is coming tomorrow, let me know.
I'll be fooling with it all day....trying to figure what I can.

There's probably too much resistance in the wires now that they've been wet. Adding current to them is probably making it worse. Your wiring probably needs to be replaced. All of it. (inside wiring) Wet wires plus electricity = corrosion = resistance = no good. There's a reason flooded cars are written off as total losses. I'd start calling salvage yards looking for the inside wiring.
There's probably nothing wrong at all with your battery. There's probably nothing wrong with your computer other than having everything dumped.
