I used to work for a graphic materials distributor, we sent a $7000 Roland printer out through UPS. It came back with half a box, everything broken, dented, smashed etc. It was pretty unbelievable. Good luck!

Definitely poor packaging. That thing was doomed the second it left the warehouse. Who ships a steel bumper in a flimsy cardboard box with a couple straps holding it all together.

I bought a soft top in NJ but it was shipped from california. It arrived looking just like that. Surprisingly every bolt and bar was there and the windows shipped loose in the box didnt even have a scratch. That was stupid luck.
