They have replaced mine and have put the resin in too. I've been pleased with it. Now the OP's post.. I think it maybe too far gone for the resin.

Owning a JK you have to get them fixed.. or I could replace a windshield all the time.

mines had a giant long crack in it for two years now.... ill replace it when the windshield falls through or and cant pass inspection

Yup, I think glass coverage is only a few buck on my insurance and I have used it at least a half dozen times in my life...well worth it!

Both were right on front of driver seat and rather big. The first one was in the winter and whent fro the top to the bottom of windshield. And the experience I've had with state farm is they usually just go ahead and replace it.
