That's a damn good dealership. I haven't had my JK that long, but I sure hope they are that nice when something does crap out on it for the first time. If I were you, I'd take my cracked hard top off and show up there without it

I think the very worst you could expect is for them to make you use the glass and hardware from your existing top. I'd most definitely go to pick up the new one w/o your cracked top.

it will be warrenty so they have to take the old top for at least a couple weeks to see if they (jeep) needs to have it sent back for inspection. If they do not want it it will go on a warrenty scrap list and the dealer can "throw" it away. im a parts manager and its been that way at all the dealers i worked at.

yeah thats a good thing.
i called to check on it today and the guy i spoke to said yeah leave the old top at home we have no where to store it
they also told me they did not realize the windows on mine were tinted and are having it tinted for me.
