Man, Currie is awesome. Per the Pm he sent me 1 5/8 wider each side.
I guess I'll go with adapters rather than drill out the rotors and save the cromollys for when I have some more $$$$ or credit.

I really didn't want to be wider, but it is what it is, I'll try to make up with some more back spacing on the new rims.

Any recomendations on beadlocks boys and girls.

Walker Evans or Rock monsters are some of the nicer ones out there at the moment. I heard in a couple weeks the Poison Spyder bead locks will be available once again.

Default Beadlocks

I would also consider the Staun internal beadlocks. Locks both beads, less routine maintenance, and no bolt heads exposed to rock rash.

I've thought about this several times... and I've just about decided that when I upgrade to D60's to get them in an 8-lug pattern. It's probably just part of my tendency to overcompensate... lol

Sorry to hear about the axle! Awesome upgrade tho! For beadlocks I highly recommend the walker evans wheels. They are easy to mount up and they look awesome!

Could you tell me why you are so high on the Stauns. I am thinking of going with either the Stauns or Hutchison Rock Monsters as I want beadlocking inside and out. The Stauns would be cheaper as I could keep my current wheels (AEV Pintlers). I just haven't come across too many people that have actual experience with them.

Thanks

Since the thread got bumped back up, Here is an update on what I did.
the rockjoc went into the front. It is totally awesome.
The front is a bit wider than the back, but you really can't tell too much.
To completely be legal--althought that term is relative--I went with american eagle wheels--thus dot approved--and had them beadlocked by champion--a local wheel company that does aftermarket beadlocking.
I've got the recessed rings so rock rash wont affect the bolts.
Thus far I'm really, really happy.
In the rear I went with the superior cro-mollys as they were dual drilled for the 5x5 and 5x5.5. The rotors just got drilled.
