Good trick is to run the ac for a couple minutes. Defrost works, but a/c will dry out the interior air before you have to get out REALLY fast. And run it on the recirculating option. Don't bring in more outside cool damp air!

This happened to me a few weeks ago, but with dew, not frost (it doesn't get cold enough here). I had left a load of firewood in the back of my rig the night before. The moisture had condensed all over the interior overnight because of the colder temps outside of the Jeep. Took the firewood out that day and the problem went away.
I would imagine the same thing could happen with just about any moisture source... wet seats/floor mats. However, it doesn't seem to happen if I just leave a cup of water.

cant tell if the carpets are wet..its 8 degrees out lol i wiped the dash down with a towel and it was fine...seats arent wet at all just the plastic on the dash was frosted.. it was strange to see.

X2, I woke up to the same thing. The picture doesn't do it justice to how much was inside. Is been below zero for the last couple days, it dipped to the 20s yesterday and then back to -5 again last night. Time to chip all the ice off the floor liners I guess.
