oh.... thats just a windshield hinge powder coated, totally seperate from the mirror relocation brackets. A lot of brands make them....

Yeah, I finally did mine too. I'm running 33's at virtually stock hight...3/4" spacers is all. I used a Dremel Multi-max. That worked great.
