Default Check out my new sliders

I just installed these frame mounted rock sliders. They are made by Detours USA and are called Drop Kick Sliders. I have attached some poser pictures. I can't wait to try them out. Tell me what you think.

I like them a lot! Who makes them and are they strong enough to step on when getting in and out?

Don't believe I can post the manufacturer's name. He is from Kentucky and these are his prototype set. More than strong enough to stand on getting in and out of the jeep. I am going to post pictures tomorrow of Jeep being lifted with a forklift by the slider. Thanks for your reply.

very nice, I want some, the only change I would make is I would have came back in towards the body at each end for when you end up chopping your fenders ( if you do)..but other than that...sign me up for a pair!!!!!email me the maker...I won't tell

Thanks for the reply. They are Drop Kicks from Detours USA. I know what you talking about as far as the bar kicking in at the back, but I had a set of these on a YJ and when you drop in on something this kicks it to the outside of the rear wheel so you can go around it easier.

The only thing I don't like about rock rails that protrude that much is, I'd constantly be dragging my pant leg across 'em getting into the Jeep.

Yeah, they are strong. Here are a couple more pictures. They do sit far from the body but that is added protection. It only takes one time of getting your leg scraped just ask my wife. Thanks for all the comments.
