Default CG Car Animation: Storm Wrangler
I'm a computer animator who owns a Jeep Wrangler and likes to go storm chasing, so when I had the opportunity to direct a sample animation at work, this is the subject matter I chose! Since it is Jeep related I thought you folks might enjoy it.

This sample was made for Chrysler but only as a showcase of abilities. So you won't see this on TV or their website.

Everything is 100% CGI... the car, mud, background, and effects. Some of the sky plates are modified sky photos taken on a storm chasing trip in 2008. We shot reference of my Jeep off-roading to help make sure the movement was believable. Fun project to work on!

Incredible. I dabbled in animation in college and that is superb work. The physics on the JK are spot-on.
