I have a tramp stamp and no tire carrier or anything on the back of my jk and want to get a home made antenna mount! What's something I can do to put the bracket in the tailgate holes ?

I will talk to you tomorrow, but you could always mount it in your license plate bracket.

If you were in St Louis I would make you one. If you have a way to cut metal and drill some holes it's easy. I made my own. Mine is just like this: http://www.quadratec.com/products/16180_000.htm Pretty simple with a hand grinder, drill, and a vise.
