We still might make it to Hawkins Hollow. There are 2 ways in and out of that trail, and i am going to try the back way. We can go down the trail to the gate, and turn around.
This vid is from the trip to Casparis months ago, not for the one that is this saturday.
besides, even if we omit Hawkins Hollow, Casparis still has some nice trails. Who knows, we may go explore Bidwell some which is 8-10 miles down the road. Its that or try some of these other random trails running around Casparis.
Hope you aint working and can come along, its a lot of fun.

woo! finally got the video edited. got in one of them moods last night. hope everyone enjoys it. i finished it at 3am, so if it sucks, thats why (and cause i did it all in one night...

Welcome to the forum neighbor mang.You need to get some mud on your ride.
There's this Caparsis run, and a Rausch Creek run scheduled in Jan.
There's also some mud trail off 606 I need to check out some day, but not solo as I don't have a winch.

more trails
wish i could have been there that place brings back memories, speaking of meories up in the chalk hill area, just over the deerlake bridge take a left, run that all the way back and you run into state game lands. have not been back there in awhile (12 years) but might be worth checkin out, i used to go back there with friends and ride for hours.
