Question Buying a 5x5 Spare Tire Mount Plate

I just installed a new tire carrier and wanted to modify the spare mounting plate. The tire carrier uses a T-bar (Orfab) and they use to make an adapter that would let you go to a standard wheel-stud type plate. Orfab no longer has that adapter but I could probably build one. I'm looking for a pre-drilled (for wheel studs) plate in a 5x5 pattern.

Thanks,
Steve
