Well, figured this would be a fun thread to start. Post up your buyers remorse and other members can chime in.
I just picked up a pretty expensive cb, good news is that it will look pretty good in the jeep.

RECARO Ergomed ES in cloth. After $3000, I should have coughed up the extra money for the leather. The fabric on the seats trap dog hair no matter if you have a seat cover or not and won't let go.
Screaming Lizard Customs headlight kit. It's ugly, didn't work great, cost a lot, and didn't last long. It's also not on their website anymore, so maybe they came to the same conclusion.
Custom exhaust exits through the Off Road Evolution Evo Lever rear coil over skid plate. This exit sort of traps the exhaust noise in the under-carraige of the jeep making it really loud inside. Even though it looks really bad ass, we should have routed it somewhere else for noise reduction.
6.1 vs 5.7 VVT. I think I'd prefer a 5.7 VVT over my 6.1, but the 5.7 VVT wasn't available yet. Or just a much larger motor. The HP is great, but I'd like more low end grunt.
Not having my interior professinally done. I probably should have had it professionally sound proofed, but I did it my self. Doesn't look as good and doesn't work as well. This might change since my wife has decided she LOVES the Jeep, now a year after I got it.
Calling Crocker.....maybe soon.
