Default Built a new winch bumper *PICS*

Didnt like the first one I made so I decided to redo it. I think this one came out pretty good. Its all 1/4" steel. I want to add some D rings but the purejeep ones are too expensive for what they are. I dont trust my welding enough to make my own. Any suggestions?

The bumper is dirty, its not the paint that make it look that way.

Nice, I like the homegrown approach. I think a bull bar would look good on it too.

I might add a stinger when the D-rings go on. Dont want to do it now with the factory tow hooks in the way.

thanks for the comments!

did you bend the front, or did you buy 1/4 angle? Just curious. I have a welder and plasma cutter, but no way to bend that front crease down. I'm thinking about building my own stubby or mid length, but I'm not sure how to get that front end so smooth. How much did materials set you back?
