Yeah its 1/4 all around, not sure on the exact weight but id say around 100 just for the bumper, carrier isnt 1/4, just for the gussets but the carrier is probably 40-50. Ill try and weigh them soon to give a but more accurate of a response. I just cleaned up and am waiting for my girlfriend to head over, shes been gone for a week and Im quite excited to see her.

Duplicolor bedliner, very strong from experience, easy to touch up, and a slight texture to give it a powdercoated look

I thank my dad for it, Ive been looking over his should on woodworking and whatnot for as long as I can remember, Ive always enjoyed building stuff, Ive just recently been able to afford the stuff for larger projects. It just takes a lot of time, almost three months for this project

Ok, I thought you used cardboard, duh! The hot melt glue is a good idea. Don't think I would of thought of that.

Yeah that does sound pretty reasonable.

So far I've just used the flux core wire with my home welder (the same spool that came with it). At work I tried to use the mig gas, but had problems controlling the gas and it would splatter everywhere. I still have very little experience, but figure the best way to learn is to just dive right in!
