So I chopped the frame on my 4dr like my red 2 Dr and this time I capped the ends being I am not extending the wheelbase....










Slapped internal gussets on sides and caps so it can land and slide on the outer edges without crushing...

Did a hi lift jack mount as well





So far in the last week I've done rear bumper, hi lift mount, cb whip mount, dynatrac Front diff cover, ARB rear, racelne be ad locks, 37" toyos, signs, bikini top, wind jammer, chopped fenders till I make armor, chopped front bumper, relocated exhaust magna flow before axle dump, relocated evap.

Been a busy week or so...

Man, love the jeeps you make! I wish my fabricating skills were as good as yours, I still need to do the turn signal mod, in the rear lol.

Thanks yeah I need to grab a couple pics of the red one up....did more for the new owner and it is solid....

I think I'm just going to make my own front bumper this time around, I'll start measuring Tuesday after I push a couple customers jeeps out...

Cut and welded up some d-ring mounts, installed ten factory rear chromoly shafts....making mounts for dual dually d2 lights finish tomorrow.

Made some mounts for dual duallys....1 spot on Top 1 flood next to it......
Figured since I dont do night runs alot and don't want a massive light bar this was good...ran 1 dually spot per side on my last one and worked out GREAT.... We do a lot of camping with the kids so this works out more than needed....
