I'm looking to buy a 2012 in the next six months, and my wife is worried that even with the hard top, there will be a lot of road/wind noise in the jeep. Do these products add much more noise dampening beyond the stock roof on the 2012?

I was at the dealer last week and the parts man gives me the 2012 accessory book.
Jeep shows headliners but parts man shows nothing in his computer. I was curious how much Jeep would ask for them.

I think you'll be surprised at how quiet the 2012s are stock, they have a lot more noise insulation. I put in the hothead headliners and they're great for keeping the heat down. I imagine they cut the noise down, but the 2012 is pretty quiet anyway so I can't say I noticed a big change.
