I just received my new Delta windshield brackets and didn't like look of the aluminum on my black Rubi, so I decided to paint them black. Four coats of black followed by four coats of clear! I like the way they turned out. What do you think?

Steal away! I have been inspired by others on this site and happy to do the same. I think bed liner will look good. My paint job actually came out with some texture, but it wasn't planned. I think it looks good and I hope it holds up well. If it dosen't hold up, I may try powder coating them, we'll see!

I didn't even think about having them anodized. If the paint doesn't hold up well I might try that. Must be someone in the Houston area that can anodize them for me!
