Running Full width Lod with 35x12.50 Cooper STT's with 4.6" BS and I did run a Yakima hitchmount Bike rack with hitch extension. However, I dumped this setup for the a (Northshore bike racks) NSR 4 bike rack....Works flawless and I am really happy with the rack...Yes, it's spendy but worth every penny!

Tire mount rack is ok for steel or aluminium frame bikes but if you own a carbon frame, forget that, you will break the top tube in a flash !

Here's another option.

Küat NV Bike Carrier

It works well with the 37" spare.

Hi, what size is your spare tire? I also have the TeraFlex tailgate hinge and adjustable tire mount and planning to get the Yakima Spare Time. Will it fit/work on a 35" tire?
Thanks!

I have a Yakima spare time I am looking to sell if you are interested, I ended up mounting a roof rack and no longer need the spare rack. It will work fine with a 35.
PM me and we can work out a price and shipping.

I ended up buying a swagman hitch mounted bike rack. I didn't want to hang my bikes so I went with the kind that the tires seat in.

I'm looking at getting a spare mounted bike rack to carry two bikes. My only concern is the extra weight of the bikes will cause the door to sag. Is this likely?

Is this the 990XT Doubletrack? If so, how quickly can you connect/disconnect the whole rack from your hitch?

I'm looking for something that I can easily take off my vehicle when it's not in use transporting bikes.
