Thanks. Personally I like the RC endcaps much better than the VOD endcaps. They are an easy install.

For the winch, there are a couple of good write-ups on the forum about mounting a winch with the factory bumper. You just have to buy a generic winch plate, drill a couple holes in the frame rails to mount it, and then do some trimming of the bumper to go around the winch. It wasn't very hard, it just takes a little while to get it just right.
