I posted my front fender armor in another thread, but i thought it fit here too. Though i made them in a fab shop, they can be made at home using aluminum (i used 3/16) a skil saw, jig saw, tape measure, and card board for a template. Yes, a skil saw will cut aluminum.

Looks good! I'd be a little scared to drill it into my jeep though
