So I decided to go with a bright red., but now i can't decide if I should paint my steel fenders or my rims, I'm going with a bit of black, red and silver. If anyone has any thoughts, on what else I could do red

Wheels! Keep the spokes black and paint the outside of the rim red. You wont be disappointed!!

I think full rim wud b good , u have lots of black on the tire lol . And since u got the whole front red , u need more red elsewhere ,
