Think I'm going to go with the PSC rear and tire carrier....or the AEV....or maybe the Orfab lol.....too many decisions!

Hmmm...how do you make the adjustments Rafi? Is it with the bumpstop that you had to move? If so, what is the bumpstop made from? Do you think it will settle or squish a bit after having the carrier against it for a while or is it pretty rigid? I'm just wandering if you should set it tight and see if it flattens out and loosens up after a day of pressure. (hopefully not so much so that it begins to rattle)

Yeah just adjusting with the amount of washers used on the bump stop. It's rubber. It is possible it will squish a little. Hopefully it settles in.

You guys think it's alright to drive around with the weight of the wheel on those long studs?

That would make me a little nervous, but I can be overly concerned about stuff like that sometimes. Honestly, I think I would try to find the cheapest wheel spacer I could get and just mount it up to the carrier arm.
