I dont know who your looking for, but several forum members have bedlined their grills...
I did mine about a month ago...
The process is simple:
remove the plastic rivits that hold the grill in place
remove the marker turn signals
sand down the grill with fine sand paper (I used 150 I think)
Tape off anything you do not want painted (I just taped off the weather stripping)
Spray it using several coats to get coverage (do not try to cover the whole grill in one pass, I did SEVERAL passes before the base color could not be seen)
Once it was fuly black I did a couple more coats
For bedliner I used Rustoleum Bedliner (available at Lowes in the spray paint isle or Wal-Mart in the automotive isle with the body stuff). Rustoleum bedliner goes for about 8 bucks a can-1 can should do it...
I let it dry for about 24 hours and replace the grill
Here are some pics

Here's the original thread with 10 or so pages of stuff. Probably a white one in there somewhere.

Actually you are the guy I was looking for, thanks for getting back to me! Your Jeep looks great, mine is Rescue Green and I think I am going to do it this weekend. Did you say you sprayed over the letters or took them off first them sprayed them? I might just spray over them. Thoughts?
