no way did it add any substantial weight. I rhino lined an entire 93 bronco inside and out. Took about 9 quarts of chemicals. That didn't even weight 10 lbs. I seriously doubt that it took more than 40 oz to do the top. Think about it. How much does two bottles of coca cola weight? Haha.

To the other poster! The grill is bad ass!!! I'm doing mine Monday with the leftovers from the bronco. Maybe do my Sahara silver bumper appliqués too. Thanks for the idea? Oh yeh. Shits on now!!!! Haha

That looks fantastic! Good color choice. Does it have the chemical Bedliner smell on the inside?

Yeah, I mean they claim the linex adds 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch... so I mean it definitely added some weight. It wasn't enough to make much of a difference though, so you're right and I don't understand why that is everyone's first concern.

It smelled for the first few days but I left it in the sum and it was still a little tacky but now that I think it has finally finished drying/curing, there isn't a smell anymore.

Having the new windows put in midweek. I'll update with pictures.
