It will rotate to the ground so you can take the spare off

The idea is for the Spare to stay on the "stinger" or should we call it a "Lizard Tail"

Once the tire is on the ground then you take if off the sting...oops Lizard Tail

i love it, but if you call it a lizard tail, I say make it meaner looking, maybe with a arch to it, and a more aggressive tip.
