I posted a thread last night asking for some pics of de-badged Flame Reds but didn't get any hits, when I realized I'm an idiot and that it would be an insanely easy photoshop. So what do you guys think, badged or de-badged:

I voted badged.... but I change out my silver lettering for black. Just order black letters at the stealership.
For some reason I like your black door hinges as well.
Fender Chop changes the look as well.

Anyway I hadn't considered swapping for black decals. I've been leaning towards de-badged myself, but I like the look of the black decals. What did those cost you from the dealership?

well on my red rock further up i kept my door and hood hinges but put the rugged ridge black covers over them i like how my jeep looks with black and red rock i think the cover were like 50 a pair but i dont remember

I voted de-bagged. Get rid of all that stuff. All of it. Having badging on a Jeep is like riding a horse that says "HORSE" on it. lol. Seriously, I don't understand why anyone would want any badging on a Jeep. It's one of the most iconic vehicles on the planet and there's no chance of it being mistaken for something else if it didn't have a bunch of badging on it telling people what it obviously is. Shave that baby smooth and save all that unnecessary advertising for people getting paid to do so.

i cant agree with you. i dont like the factory stickers but the ones i put on mine sure look cool. or at least i think so, so they are staying! I like the contrast in colors on jeeps with a different color stickers on them. then again sticker stripped jk's look badass also. i like them both ways but for mine i dig all the black decals i added!

I just bought mine last week and they were about $15.00 each side. The Unlimited comes with "Wrangler and Unlimited" as a set.
