Not just the bike attachment. That entire setup is ridiculous.

 

I don't remember specifically what the difference in lift between front and rear was, but you may be right... after the lift was installed the Jeep had a bit of a nose-high attitute.
I added the 1" pucks to just the rear, as well as the wedges that straigten the springs on the rear perches.
When I bought it, I was about to pull the trigger on a TF 4" lift, but found a smokin deal on the Trailmaster with driveshafts at the last second. It was too good to pass up.

 

Thanks for the extra detail. Yea, having those drive shafts included sure is tempting given the overall price - just not sure I want that much lift on my 2DR yet, so I'm still scratching my head trying figure out where to go next with the mods.
