hey man, one other thing to make sure to check are the wheel studs themselves. a wheel wobbling around on there can ruin em realy quick. just a heads up. glad they are taking care of it. good luck with the taurus!

Yeah I looked at em pretty close while I was on the side of the road...seemed to be OK to me, no marks on them and still seemed tight. We'll see.....

but really thats terrible and the guy should be fired for endangering people lives like that, he's lucky it didn't cause a serious accident, even the tire rolling down the road could have been an accident waiting to happen, i'm glad no one was hurt and good luck with your shop
