Back In a Rubicon...
I had a 2008 Rubi, wanted the bigger engine...went on a hunt a year ago and could not find what I wanted...My wife suggested we get the Hemi GC...we did. One year later, she comes to me and says that she feels too "vanilla" in the GC and could we go look at something new...first stop Courtesy Jeep in Brandon, FL...they have a ton of Unlimiteds, and quite a few Rubis...she sees the 10th anniversary edition and basically ends the search right there...so...I now (due to my very cool wife), have a 2013 10th anniversary edition Rubicon (Billet Silver/red & black interior) and a MB SL550 sitting in my garage...
I am a very lucky man...one thing...and I don't have any history with it, is the manual transmission. There is a LOT of vibration and I am wondering if this is normal? I have seen this in other vehicles and it is usually an out of balance drive shaft...The cats at the dealership said it was normal. Any advice or past experiences would be helpful...
It is good to be back...

vibrations as in all the time or does the stick jump arround when you go over rough spots in the road and such?
mine dosent really have any vibrations out of that an engine normally produces. Now if i go over pot holes and such in the road it jumps arround a bit but nothing too crazy.

It vibrates the most when you are decelerating...in gear or out of gear...I am going to give it a while and then go drive another one and see if it does the same thing...

Stick goes straight into the tranny so there is no buffering from linkage like some vehicles. Mine whips around violently on bumpy roads. My passengers laugh but I guess I'm just used to it. Smacked a plugged in charger one time right out of the 12V plug.
