Drastic improvement in looks and protection compared to the factory bumper. Does anybody know the weight of the bumper?

I'm convinced, the ARB Deluxe bumper is my next purchased along with the Warn 9.5ti winch from Northridge 4x4.

Your probably right on the tires. But I hate to go spend $1500 on tires when I have perfectly good ones now,, maybe not great performing. But a winch and lights I don't have.
Maybe if I got some type of credit froma tire shop for the ones I have now I'd feel better about it. They only have 1000 miles on them.
