to anyone who has made thier own doors, tube or otherwise
all i am interested in is where can i get that jaw that is on a door that grabs the looped bolt on the body and holds the door shut until you pull the lever to open it back up.
not the hinges but on the opposit side of the door

good find but it wont help in my case.
i wont have gravity on my side to keep the latch in place.
i also thought of a spring loaded latch but i want to keep that as a last resort
those jaws are the best thing i can think of to do the trick
if i know the exact name of the jaws than it would probably be easier to find such a thing

i HAVE SOME ALUMINUM TUBE I SCORED FROM MY WORK TAHT i WAS GOING TO DO TUBE DOORS ON. i HAVE NEVER GOT THE BENDER SO I HAVE NO WAY TO DENT THEM. I HOPE TO DO IT ONE DAY. LOL
