I used the carbon color ( I think? ) on an overhead storage console I made for my Jk. Box made of aluminum and sanded with a wire wheel. Been holding up for several months now but it is not in direct sunlight or elements unless the top is removed. Good stuff I thought and I'll surely use again.

I used it on my trailer almost 3 years ago. It's still 98% perfect. It's really tough paint, i beat that trailer pretty good and it's hardly has any nicks or scratches. I would definitely recommend it.

Its pretty durable, I have used it on my aluminum lights by my entry and then decided to paint my steel deck and rail spindles with it. Aluminum can be painted and last as long as its clean and etching primer is used, if not it flakes easily and steel prep is key as well clean surfaces and use a good primer. As far as the paint goes it gets

For what it is worth, I have used on quite a few metal household parts that are exposed to either foot traffic or outdoor elements (i.e. grates for the HVAC return in my house, workshop exterior door pulls, and house numbers). It has held up remarkably well without a lot of initial prep; light sanding and cleaning before spray. Probably been exposed for at least three years. My colors were bronze and black.

No problem cleaning at all. The only issue that I had was not sanding close enough to the tire. I did have a little flaking there but I just sanded them down and used a stainless steel wire brush to ruff up the paint and repainted them it looks awesome.
