Cool thanks. What kind of prep work did you do on both the center console and grey side dash panels (sanding, primer, etc)? How's the Rustoleum holding up?

I didn't use any primer or do any prep work. At first i just used Krylon for plastics spraypaint on my center console but after letting it dry for 40+ hours you could just scratch the paint off with your fingernail. So i cleaned it with acetone (very sloppy as you can see if first two pics) and used rustoleum all in one spray paint- flat black and its been holding up nicely even since. I didnt want it to be glossy so you can probally use gloss finish for extra coating and protection
Dont have any pics yet with the grey side accents painted but ill take some soon
Not sure if it matters but it was done in 20 degree weather so that may have something to do with the krylon not adhering

I agree with some, this is nice, however I also like the yellow from the previous post, because of the color contrast.

Would someone please post a write-up or a link to one detailing the removal of the side plastic pieces on the center stack? Everybody said 3-4 bolts, but no mention that one of said bolts on each side requires removal of the entire console. If there's a way to do it without removing the center console, I would very much appreciate the secret. If removal of the console is unavoidable, I would appreciate a detailed write-up on that. Trying to wedge this stuff has resulted in more scratches in the plastic than I care for.

Thanks.
