I installed a stealthbox in my 2 door last night. Took about 3 and a half hours and turned out to be a very clean install. I have a Memphis PR 500.1 amp on it but I have been trying to get the tune just right. It sounds good but I am used to ported boxes. I am going to buy the JL XD300/1 to power it, mostly becuase it will tuck into the small space on the box and be hidden.

C'mon man! You can't post something like that and show pics!... On top of that I'm curious to know the rest of your set up. OEM head unit or aftermarket, what other speakers are you running? Any amp to them? overall satisfaction with the stealthbox, was it worth the money? Can you definitely tell a difference or just a little more umph...?

Sorry to hijack but I will try to get some pics up quick but it might have to wait until I finish with the plans.

I know, I know... I will make a thread after I clean it up and finish the build. I haven't even got the tags yet. Anyway, I swapped the head unit for a mygig with nav and ran the wires I had leftover from teh vehicle I traded in. Put the stealthbox in and plugged up the amp from my previous system (Memphis PR 500.1). I am going to order a JL amp and sell the Memphis because it is too big to fit. I want it completely hidden. The sound is WAY more than a little umph. It sounds great but like I said, I hae to do some more fine tuning. The only other things I have done is put in some black on charcoal iggee seatcovers and tinted the windows but the dealer picked up the jeep to get it inspected and it came back without tint. I was like WTF.
