Should i go with 37's then to get close.to actual 35" tires? Or would that put too much strain on my jeep i have a rusty's 3.25 susp lift would it even clear 37's

It would clear 37's but the question is not what actual tire size u will get. It is do you have the gears to handle 37's. Getting c-gussets reinforcements and axle sleeves would be highly recommended as well to handle the extra weight. If you do not have at least 4:88 gear I would not go with 37's.
