Another successful Rancho Sport Lift install
Took me almost 11 hours to do it myself with hand tools ....
Going wheeling this weekend to break it in ....
Very happy with it .. especially since it was less than $500 after rebate.

In the back I have 225 lbs of Bumper, Tire carrier, Spare Tire and Hi-Lift. From what I can tell there is pretty much no rake with my setup.
Check back in a month or two after the springs see some trails and everything settles.
My quick rake test is to just make sure the wheel well gap is larger in the front than the back. The factory makes the gaps identical which causes the rake.

First wheeling trip last night .... Lift did great. Couple of pops and creaks while everything was loosening up. I ran disconnected to get full flex ... Went out with a dozen Jeeps ... thanks to my lift and new tires I was the only one to make it through a deep water hole ... 3 others got stuck and flooded the inside of their rig .. I made it right through ... high and dry. The others had to take a bypass ...
The only issue is at full flex my track bar is hitting my G2 front diff cover ... gonna have to grind down one of the gussets on the driver side.
