Dont know about fitting a winch or not. I dont plan on getting one and not really sure how they mount either. If a winch fits with a stock bumper then I would imagine it would fit with this setup because it's the stock bumper subframe and takes up no additional space, actually less space, just leave off the aftermarket fog lights on top.
